A premium dark chocolate mud Cake mix blend for when you are in a rush and cant do it from scratch. No-one will know with this mix.  Made by Bakels 15kg bag.

500g net, made in Australia. GST Free. See two recipe options below including a ganache recipe for topping.

Mud Cake Recipe (with eggs)

 250ml-300ml Water

50ml Vegetable oil.

METHOD
Combine all ingredients listed above and mix for 4 minutes on low speed, using a beater.
Bake at 170-180 degrees for 50min - 2 hrs (depending on your oven and skewer clean test)

 

Rich Mud Cake (Brownie Style - no eggs)

500g Complete Mud Cake Mix

250ml-300ml Water

50ml Vegetable oil.

 METHOD

 Combine all ingredients listed above and mix for 4 minutes on low speed, using a beater.

 Bake at 170-180 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until baked.

 

 

GANACHE (A fantastic topping for this cake)

 500ml - Thickened Cream 1kg – Chocolate

 Heat Cream to boiling point, take off heat and add chocolate.  Mix until smooth.  Allow to cool and thicken slightly before using.  Use as desired.
