They are drum boards a thick board that presents your cakes beautifully and take the heaviest creations. Masonite boards, thinner boards that can take a fair weight of cake and are useful for stacking as well. And silver foil boards, boards made from thick card and covered in silver. These can be used for stacking and serving your lighter cakes.
