Hints and Tips -

Always cook your cakes in a lower oven. Mud cakes cook well at 160 degrees. Go longer rather than hotter. This also prevents peaking (raising in the middle).Use a skewer to test if you cake is cooked. When you place skewer into your cake, if it comes out clean its cooked. If there is still residue of cake batter, its not.
