Calyx Cutters are great for making a variety of gumpaste and fondant designs. 23mm (3/4 in), Med. 33mm (1-1/4 inch), Lg. 40mm (1-1/2 inch). 

The Calyx is the base of the rose, lilly, daisy and so on - it helps hold the flower together.  Sugar glue is also used when attaching the calyx to the base of your sugar flower.
