Blow Santa away with this puzzle! Just fill with chocolate like you do a regular mould.  You could choose white or milk chocolate.  Melt and fill chocolate like you would a regular chocolate mold. Leaving in the fridge at 4 degrees for about 20 mins to make sure it is set firm. See demonstration below.
