Our Royal Icing is a premium royal icing made with super fine 10 x sifted icing sugar. Use with our Cake Decorating Stencils, or our quality set of PME Supatubes for icing.
Royal Icing: Mix at medium speed, 500 grams of mix and 5 Tablespoons water, beat until icing stands in peaks. Flavour and color as desired.
Picture or Flow Icing: Add 1 Tablespoon water of each 1/2 cup of Royal Icing prepared as above. Mix by hand.
Net Weight: 500 grams
Shelf Life: 1 year if kept in cool, low humidity environment.
