An ideal way to add some sparkle to all your special festive cakes and puddings - you can even add some to champagne or to gild the turkey! Edible pure silver leaf can be used as a surface decoration to add a touch of luxury to chocolate and sugar pieces.

Each leaf comes in a transfer flat sheet and measures approx. 3.5"x3.5" (90 x 90 mm). Flake is the equivalent to one leaf. Squires Kitchen silver Leaf is an ideal method of adding sparkle to your sugarcraft creations for extra special occasions.

Instructions: Brush the surface of your fondant iced work with a paintbrush lightly dampened with cooled boiled water or apply Edible Glue  (go lightly, you do not need much moisture it help it to adhere to fondant).  Allow the area to become tacky before attempting to transfer the leaf. It is advisable to protect other areas to prevent accidental transfer of leaf. Silver leaf likes to stick to everything.  Use cotton gloves (Available from pharmacy's) to help you with the process and rub on the backing sheet in one direction.
