Chocolate Transfer sheets are intricate and often detailed coloured cocoa butter designs that are printed onto large sheets of acetate. You can place chocolate transfer sheets onto melted chocolate, let them set hard. You then remove the acetate sheet, leaving the gorgeous design on your chocolates.
Printed chocolate can then be used to make fences around cakes, adorn hand made chocolates, make awesome chocolate structures and more!
Some very adventorous cake decorators have been known to "iron" them onto fondant for the most amazing effects!
However you use them, you will always amaze people when they go to eat these gorgeous creations.
