Ever wondered why Jem cutters has little round stands on the back of them?  Well this is the reason - the JEM roller pad - It is designed for use with intricate cutters to roll out edible doughs such as sugarpaste, fondant, chocolate modeling paste or gumpaste. 

Roll out paste on worktop, place cutter in the roller pad and place the rolled paste on top of the cutter. Using a rolling pin, roll over cutter to cut out design and then remove unwanted pieces of flower paste. The Roller Pad fits ALL JEM cutters.
