This cutting wheel tool by PME allows you to easily cut and trim gum paste, fondant, marzipan and modelling chocolate. This cutting wheel tool is double sided with one side having a large wheel and the other a smaller precision cutting wheel. It is made out of plastic and measures approximately 6 1/2 inches in length and 1/2 inches in width. Made by PME Sugar Craft England.
