Tappits are recommended to be used with a goods quality flower or petal paste and our a simple way to create detailed themed cake decorations.
On a lightly dusted board roll out your paste until as thin as required for making flower petals.
Press the Tappit firmly onto the paste to ensure an even transfer of the design.
To help to get a clean cut move your Tappit backwards and forwards, tilt the
Tappit towards you and peel off the excess paste.
To release your design, hold one end of the cutter tapping the other end firmly on the edge of the board/table to
release. You can then use these designs to enhance your cake securing with a little edible glue or Royal Icing.
