A Favourite of Lindy Smith, she frequently uses these great little embossing sticks to create embroidery detail on her personalised bride and groom cake toppers. The other sets are excellent for adding embossed detail to cupcakes and cookies which are covered in sugar fondant/paste. Create lovely patterns around larger cakes too!

Directions: Simply cover your cakes, cookies our cupcakes with rolled sugar fondant or Regal Ice Belgian chocolate paste. You can smooth the fondant with a smoothing tool for a lovely flat finish. Then press the embossing stick into the fondant before it sets. Make patterns by repeating the stick in different directions. Can be washed in warm water if needed.
