Bakels Pettinice

Bakels Pettinice is made in Australia and New Zealand. It is a superiord sugar fondant for covering cakes which sets quite firm.

You can add tylose to the fondant to make a molding paste which is great for simple molding projects.

Bakels is quite pliable straight from the bag, the longer it is exposed to air the firmer it becomes, so always remember to cover what you are not using.
