These natural flavours are produced in a base of vegetable glycerin and/or natural grain alcohol and contain no added sugars or fats.  The flavors are designed to be used in cakes, fudges, frostings, fondants, cream centers, hard candy, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking applications.  All flavors are water soluble.

Please keep in mind that these flavors, while concentrated, are only about half as strong as our traditional super-strength candy oils.  When making hard candy, use twice the amount of Natural Flavors as you would of our super-strength 1 dram oils
