A superior vanilla light cupcake mix. Made in Australia.
RECIPE
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk (165ml)
3 tablespoons butter (60g)
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix using an electric mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then mix for an additional 3 minutes on medium.
Fill your patty pans, or cupcake papers at approximately 1/2 - 3/4 fill to get a nice cupcake that rises to the top of your papers. Remember hot ovens make cupcakes rise in triangles, cooler ovens bake a more even cupcake.
Bake at 160-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes - depending on how hot your oven is. Cupcakes should spring back lightly when touched.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, sugar, animal fats [Emulsifiers (471,477), antioxidants (310, 320)] Raising agents (450, 500), salt, natural vanilla flavour.
Makes 10-14 medium sized cupcakes, 18 mini cupcakes, 8 large cupcakes/muffin size.
These cupcakes were made with our Premium Cupcake mix. It is light and lovely and children love the taste. Match with our premade buttercream for a delicous, quick and easy delight. These cases were filled to approximately 3/4 fill to get them to rise to the top.
