Gum Tragacanth is a naturally derived additive to stiffen modelling pastes. If you are wishing to use our Regal Ice fondants as modelling paste, we recommend using gum tragancanth to stiffen it. It is a superior additive for making modelling pastes.
Use the following ratio : 15g Gum Tragacanth to 460grams of Regal Ice or other icing Fondants or as your recipe calls for it.
