A fantastic buy for any cake decorating enthusiast. Sugarflair Edible Metallic liquid is silver leaf suspended in alcohol. Once you have painted this on to the icing the alcohol dries leaving a metallic finish. It is completely edible and is also gluten free. For best results paint on to dry icing. The alcohol will evaporate leaving a gorgeous metallic lustre behind. We'd advise not mixing it with icing as you'd have to add a great deal of the paint to achieve the metallic effect.
