Alpine Candy Melts

Alpine Candy Melts are imported from the USA. They are a compound chocolate candy used in many forms of decorating including candy making, cake decorating and cake pops!

Unlike chocolate, you do need to be careful when melting candy melts. You can easily OVER COOK them by zapping too long in the microwave or letting the water boil with them in a double boiler.
