Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix 500g [WIP 01]
500g bag of Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix
Just add Milk, White or Dark Chocolate to make a White Mud Cake or a Chocolate Mud Cake - Perfect!
Ingredients:- Sugar, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Baking Powder (Mineral Salts (450, 500) Vegetable Gum (415)
Gluten Free Mud Mix - 500g
Water - 150ml
Eggs - 3
Vegetable Oil - 100ml,
Chocolate (Milk, White or Dark depending on your preference) - 150g
Melft Chocolate and Oil in microwave, allow to cool. Blend Cake Mix, Egg & Water on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down, add chocolate/oil mix and blend for 2 minutes on high speed. Grease or Lina 7"-8" tin and bake at 130 degrees for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours or until skewer comes out dray (can be a little moist - not wet)
