Soft White Marzipan with a slightly bitter taste made in the traditonal way with Almonds and Sugar. Ideal for coating cakes it rolls easily with a delicate texture remaining firm after rolling. Can be coloured or mixed with fondant.
(it is called white marzipan by tradition but does carry the wheat colour of the almonds)
