MEDIUM Magi-Cake Strip [35-115]
When cake pan is wrapped with moistened strip the baking process is equalized to control the heat, so cake bakes evenly.
The aluminized fabric on the outside insulates the strip to retain moisture throughout baking period, eliminating high-rise centers, cracked tops and crusty edges.
Cakes always come out moist, level, bakery-perfect. Allows you to frost and decorate with professional finesse.
Size: (two 1 1/2"W x 37"L strips for 8", 9" and 10" round or cheesecake/springform pans). 2 strips can be overlapped for larger or rectangular pans. Overlapping does not interfere with results.

absolutely love this product. makes the cake so much easier to work with for decorations. much less cake wastage because it makes the cake a lot more level! highly recommended!

This is not the first time I purchased this product, I love what it does but this time i',m a bit disappointed as the silver lining has browned already in first use. I wonder if this is different brand from my old ones, my old ones lasted for a year and still working. also, this medium size is a large one cut into half and the other end of the strip is open! thus the stuffing inside is peeking out.

I use these strips for my 9" cakes.. The cakes baked beautifully!! They cook faster and are almost perfectly level! If you have problems with uneven oven temperature that causes your cake to shrink, USE this please!!! :D

I can't recommend this product highly enough! No matter what I tried previously, I would have dry edges with a cracked and domed top. My cakes are now level and moist right to the edges. If you have deep cake pans like me, and bake more than 1 cake at a time; I suggest getting the large set as it comes with 4 strips; I use 2 strips per deep tin as the strips are only 1 1/2" high. I'll definitely be purchasing more.

Using these strips leaves your cake soft right to the edges. Also I don't have as much cake wastage now.
