Premium Creme Vanilla Muffin Cake Mix by Bakels 4kg

A lovely dense vanilla cake mix, perfect as a substitution for white mud cake mix.  Net 4kg.

This is the exact same cake mix as we have always sold - it is just in Bakels packaging now.

Made in New Zealand by Bakels


500g  Cake Mix

112ml  Water

3 eggs

140ml Vegetable oil


Combine the first 4 ingredients listed above and mix for 4 minutes on low speed.  Then add the oil and beat for a further 2 minutes.

Bake at 170-180 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until baked.


500ml - Thickened Cream 1kg – Chocolate

Heat Cream to boiling point, take off heat and add chocolate.  Mix until smooth.  Allow to cool and thicken slightly before using.  Use as desired.
