Sarbav Cream Stabiliser by Saracino
Available in a 2kg bag in powder format. Stabilising cream panna cotta, bavarian cream deserts and creme caramel.
Ingredients:- Sugar, maltodextrin, food gelatin, dextrose, thickening agents, modified starch, xanthan gum carrageenan, sodium alginate, skim milk powder. May contain traces of cereals with gluten, shellfish, fish, eggs & soy.
Instructions: Approximately 80-100g of Sarbav Stabiliser to 700g of whipped cream.
